In accordance with the pertinent provisions of Republic Act (RA) No. 7722, otherwise known as the “Higher Education Act of 1994,” and in line with the objective of strengthening engineering, architecture and technology education, this Office hereby endorses the subject undertaking for the support and participation of all concerned.

The objectives of the meeting are:

1.      Planning for the 4^th CREATE Congress;

2.      CREATE Projects, and

3.      CHED monitoring and evaluation ( M & E)  of engineering, architecture and technology programs.
